Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own listings, messages, promises, delivery, item accuracy, and transaction decisions.

- Keeping records does not make Sell City responsible for the buyer’s or seller’s independent actions.

These providers may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. Sell City does not control every action of third-party providers.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for what they do on the marketplace.
Users are responsible for the information they post, the items they list, the messages they send, and the agreements they make with other users. Sell City may provide tools, records, and support, but Sell City is not responsible for guaranteeing that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction, deliver an item, provide accurate information, or follow through on promises.
6. What users should avoid sharing

- Do not share private addresses, phone numbers, or personal information unless needed for a legitimate order.
- Do not send sensitive information to strangers outside Sell City messages.
- Do not move payments outside the normal checkout process if it makes the deal harder to review.
